Lentil Bread Rolls
Ingredients
- 150 g red lentils โ 10 carb blocks
- 20 g psyllium husk (not counted โ fiber)
- Salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- About 60โ70 ml water
- Seeds โ 12 g โ 4 fat blocks
- Olive oil โ 2 tsp โ 6 fat blocks
Instructions
- Soak the lentils for a few hours and drain well.
- Blend with the water until smooth.
- Add the psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder.
- Shape into small rolls on baking paper.
- Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for about 25โ30 minutes until golden.
