Lazy Quick Pizza

Ingredients:

100 ml fresh milk (0.5 fat block)

3 eggs (3 protein blocks)

126 g salami (4.5 protein blocks)

replace with 126 g beef lukanka (Moleri)

112 g yellow cheese (kashkaval) (4 protein blocks)

135 g pepper (0.5 carb block)

84 g spelt flour (6 carb blocks)

70 g corn flour (5 carb blocks)

2โ€“3 tbsp olive oil (8 fat blocks, slightly reduced due to salami/cheese)

Instructions:

Beat the eggs using a whisk. Add the milk, a pinch of salt, and the flours. Mix well until smooth. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it well. Pour the mixture and spread evenly with a spatula. Add toppings: finely chopped peppers mushrooms (optional) salami or beef lukanka (Moleri) optionally chopped tomatoes Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Season with salt and savory (or oregano). Bake in a preheated oven at 170ยฐC until fully cooked (about 20โ€“25 min).
