๐Ÿง Multi-Phase Protein Muffins (6 Blocks)

English:
Savory protein muffins made with eggs, yogurt, turkey ham, cheeses, and a small amount of whole grain flour. Olives add healthy fats and flavour. Baked into soft, portion-controlled muffins for a balanced snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 200g yogurt
  • 70g turkey ham
  • 28g yellow cheese
  • 35g white cheese
  • Whole grain flour (6C total)
  • Olives (6F total)

Method:
Mix all ingredients into a thick batter, distribute into muffin molds, and bake at 200ยฐC for about 30 minutes until set and golden.
