Ingredients:

  • 41 g lavash bread
  • Lyutenitsa (to taste)
  • 63 g chicken mince
  • 45 g kashkaval cheese
  • 3 cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
  2. Place lavash on a tray and spread with lyutenitsa.
  3. Add cooked chicken mince and sliced cherry tomatoes.
  4. Top with grated kashkaval.
  5. Bake for 8โ€“10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Slice and serve.
