โข Ingredients: 30g oat flour (2 Blocks C), 60g oat bran (5 Blocks C), 15g ground almonds (5 Blocks F), 1 tbsp sesame tahini (2 Blocks F), 1 egg white, baking powder, stevia.
โข Prep: Mix with a little water. Form 14 cookies. Bake at 180ยฐC.
โข Zone Note: 2 cookies = 1 block C/F. Add 7 blocks of protein powder to the dough to balance, or eat with protein.
