โข Ingredients: 32g whey protein isolate (4 Blocks P), 12g honey (1 Block C), 45g rolled oats (3 Blocks C), 24g tahini/almond/coconut mix (8 Blocks F โ doubled), 20ml milk (optional).
โข Prep: Mix and shape into bars.
