A slow-baked cabbage and poultry stew with chicken or turkey breast, sauerkraut, and fresh cabbage. Cooked together with tomato, garlic, and spices until tender and rich in flavor.
Ingredients:
- 168g chicken or turkey breast
- 300g sauerkraut
- 400g fresh cabbage
- 2โ3 tbsp tomato purรฉe
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder, cumin, savory
- Cabbage brine + water
Method:
Chop the cabbage and mix with spices, tomato purรฉe, and olive oil. Place in a baking dish, nestle the poultry inside, add a little brine and water, and bake covered at medium heat until fully cooked. Divide into 2 equal portions.
