High-Protein Yogurt Crust Pizza (6 Blocks)

English:
A homemade high-protein pizza with an oat-bran yogurt crust and a simple cheese-and-ham topping. Lightly pre-baked for structure, then finished with melted cheese, olives, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients โ€“ Crust:

  • 70g oat bran
  • 220g yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, 0.5 tsp baking soda

Toppings:

  • 35g ham
  • 52g low-fat white cheese
  • 56g yellow cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Olives
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes

Method:
Mix crust ingredients and let rest for 30 minutes. Pre-bake at 180ยฐC for 15 minutes until firm. Add toppings and finish baking until melted and golden.
